The library is a great place to be!
Exciting new books are always coming in!
Research is always a challenging treasure hunt!
Students learn to use library reference materials including encyclopedias, atlas, non-fiction books, computer references and search engines. They will learn to create computer products including Photostory, Powerpoint, Newsletters and movies!
Students learn to find books for pleasure reading. They learn about authors and there are fun activities to build literacy.
Library Policies:
- Rose Park students, parents and staff are welcome to check out books and use computers and materials. This means take care of books, no food or drink, don't write on or tear books.
- When in the library, please be quiet to respect other people and their studies. That means no running or playing or loud voices.
- Please return materials promptly when you are finished so other people can enjoy them!
- Feel free to ask for assistance finding a book to enjoy.
